![]() Richard QuarteyCA - PARTNER - AUDITS & ASSURANCE
Mr. Richard Quartei Quartey, a retired Auditor General of Ghana, is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). A graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon Business School, he joined the Office of the Auditor-General in 1976 and ascended to the role of Auditor-General in 2010. In his capacity, Mr. Quartey orchestrated strategic planning for all audits, presenting various reports to Parliament between 2010 and 2016. His audit assignments at the United Nations Headquarters, New York, from 1994 to 1999, included entities like UNICEF, UN Joint Staff Pension Fund, UN Peacekeeping Operations, and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Key highlights of his professional journey include representing the Auditor-General's Office on the Accounting Standards Committee, chairing the Audit Committee of AFROSAI-E from 2010 to 2014, and leading the Audit Working Group for the Public Financial Management system of the Government of Ghana. Furthermore, Mr. Quartey served as the External Auditor of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) from July 2012 to June 2016, a member of the United Nations Panel of External Auditors from 2014 to 2016, and the Joint External Auditor of INTOSAI from 2014 to 2016. Simultaneously, he was a governing council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). |

His international expertise extends to countries such as Ghana, La Cote d’Ivoire, Niger, Burkina Faso, and Liberia. A Chartered Accountant and Banker, Patrick is a graduate of Sunyani Technical University, Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), and Chartered Institute of Bankers (Ghana) training schools. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). Patrick is highly organized and focused, bringing excellent skills in Accounting, Tax & Audit, and Investigation. His consultancy services have benefited various companies in Ghana. Committed to continuous professional development, he attends seminars and training sessions, staying abreast of modern trends, especially in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. Additionally, Patrick serves as the lead facilitator in Internal Audit and Control at the Banking Institute of Liberia. |
![]() SAMUEL MARFOCA. MBA, B.Com – SENIOR CONSULTANT(PUBLIC SECTOR) Mr. Samuel Marfo is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (B. Com) and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Cape Coast. Samuel is a result-oriented professional with over sixteen (16) years’ experience in senior management positions in both public and private sector management.He doubles currently as the Head of Internal Audit at Intravenous Infusions Plc. Prior to joining the Management team of Intravenous Infusions Plc as Head of Internal Audit in the year 2020; he was an Assistant Chief Internal Auditor at Ghana Highway Authority, responsible for providing leadership to the internal audit unit in the Central Region. Mr. Marfo also worked for several other organizations before joining Ghana Highway Authority in the year 2012. He worked with Jetlink Ghana Limited, a multinational company from 2010 to 2012 as Finance and Administration Manager. Samuel was formerly with Akosombo Hotels Limited (Volta Hotel), a subsidiary company of Volta River Authority (VRA) from 2007 to 2010 as Accounts Officer. |

Mr. Francis Apam Gariba is a Chartered Accountant and a member of ACCA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana. He is a law practitioner and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. He has over 19 years of experience in managing companies in Shipping, Telecom, Construction, Quarry and Real Estate. He is Married with two children. |

![]() FOSU-DWUMFOUR EBENEZER(CA)SENIOR ASSOCIATE Mr. Fosu – Dwumfour Ebenezer is a Chartered Accountant (ICAG) and a Chartered Banker and a member of both Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and Chartered Institute of Bankers (Ghana). He also holds MSc Finance and Investment from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, HND Accountancy from Kumasi Technical University. He also has a Ghana Stock Exchange Certificate. Ebenezer has more than 10 years auditing experience and has provided accounting, taxation and internal control support to several companies from Small, Medium to Large entities. |
